DEV CLI – SDD Automation Tool

DEV CLI (TVP-sdd-cli) is a Node.js-based command-line interface designed to remove the friction of writing development documentation. Adopting a Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approach, it automatically generates Product Requirements Documents (PRD), Technical Designs, Spec Tests, and QA Reports. It parses PRDs to generate scenario-level documentation for granular implementation and integrates with Playwright for E2E testing. The tool is purpose-built to work natively with AI coding assistants by auto-generating workspace folders (.devin, .claude, .opencode, .antigravity) and triggering implementation workflows directly from the terminal. Version 1.1.1 includes Design System and Feature Design documentation generation.
